FISH, EGGS, CELERY, SOYA,MILK, SEASAME SEEDS, CELERY, MUSTUARD, LUPIN,
Made to order cakes and cupcakes everything is home-made and I use quality ingredients for my cakes.
I'm registered with Barnsley council and have food hygeine level 2.

Deposits. The Security deposit is taken at
the the time of the order You have up to 2 days to pay a deposit or full payment on smaller orders such as tray bakes cupcakes, if you do not pay within the 2 days your order will be cancelled. The
deposit for single tier cakes is £30.00 for 2 tier cakes the deposit is
£50.00, Cupcakes and traybakes to be paid in full. This saves the date
specifically to you and to accomodate every detail for your order and
allows us to shop for ingredients and all the materials before we begin
to bake and prep for your order The Deposit is non refundable..No
bookings are confirmed until a deposit has been paid, the balance must
be paid in full on collection day, Payment can be made through paypal, or i can send you a invoice through email.
Cancellations. If you cancel your order your deposit is
non-refundable plus any and all expenses already incurred in behalf of
the finished product.
Media. We reserve the right to use all photographs of the cake for advertising purposes.
Design. We cannot duplicate an exact copy of another cake artist's work
due to copyright laws, but will ensure the look is similar.
Cake pick ups. Cakes are fragile The Magical Cake Fairy is not
responsible for the cake, once it leaves the premises. We will not
replace or refund damaged cakes. Place cakes in the footwell of the car
NOT ON THE SEAT where they can fall off. We take photos of your cake
just before it leaves the premises to ensure cake is intact and as
ordered. Please inspect your cake before leaving.Here are some tips when
picking your cake up CLEAR vehicle space of loose objects that could
fall onto or roll into the cake. Keep cake as cold as possible during
transport, and away from sunlight. Sunlight is very damaging to a
buttercream cake as it melts and undermines stability.*Drive carefully.
Turns, stops and starts should be performed in an EXAGGERATEDLY SLOW
manner. Avoid bumps, jiggling, hills, and use a very slow speed on
*Cakes should.not be kept in a car any longer than absolutely necessary!
Complaints. If you have a complaint about the cake I ask that the
cake is returned as soon as possible so I can see what went wrong with
the cake and if a refund needs to be issued.
Please be aware that whilst your chosen cake may not be made with nuts
or a nut product, egg, dairy wheat or gluten, It will be prepared in a
kitchen where nut products, eggs, diary, wheat and gluten are used.
Whilst every effort is made to separate them it's not always possible.
Cake. If your cake contains figures made from sugar paste, whilst
edible, we do not advise that they be eaten, as sugarpaste sets hard and
may contain toothpicks to hold the figure in place. Cakes should be
stored in a dry place, at room temperature, away from direct sunlight
and sources of heat in the box provided. They should NOT be
Valuables. I don't accept any valuable items to put onto a cake as I can't guarantee breakages won't happen.
The Magical Cake Fairy can't be held responsible for weather conditions
in warm/hot weather cakes can sweat rice paper images can peel away
from the cake, buttercream can become soft.
